At Cabayan Mart, we partner with the fastest couriers to deliver Filipino goods right to your doorstep.

Free Local Delivery:

Free delivery is available for customers within a 10km radius of our store, provided that their order totals $50 or more.

This option will automatically become available at checkout if your delivery address falls within this range and your order meets the minimum amount requirement.

Auckland Urban: $8
Auckland Rural: $12
Outside Auckland:
North Island Urban (Outside Auckland): $14
North Island Rural (Outside Auckland): $18
South Island: $38 

Shipping Fee Adjustments:

The prices listed are based on standard courier charges. In cases where we have incorrectly estimated the shipping costs for specific areas, we may absorb minor additional costs. However, significant discrepancies will necessitate an additional payment from you to cover the complete courier costs. We will contact you to arrange for this payment if necessary. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not cover full courier costs, with all such cancellations eligible for refunds within 10-20 business days. 

Delivery Times:

Auckland Urban: Overnight
Auckland Rural: 1-3 days
Outside Auckland: 2-4 days 

Perishable Goods:

Please note that the freshness of perishable items cannot be guaranteed. Ordering such items is done at your own risk.

Frozen Goods:

Our frozen items are shipped in a solid frozen state, using insulated packaging to maintain temperature. Despite all precautions, we cannot guarantee the exact freshness upon arrival due to varying shipping conditions.

Free Store Pick-Up:

Location: Save on shipping costs by picking up your orders directly from our store, a great way to meet us and ensure the quality of your purchase.

Pick-Up Hours:

Available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please place your order online and select "Pickup in Store" at checkout.

Pick-up address is at: The Filipino Corner, 406 Don Buck Road, Massey

Note: Always leave your mobile number when choosing this type of fulfillment to assist us in coordinating your pick-up.

Package Specifications:

All pricing shown is based on packages up to 5kg with a volume of 0.04m³. Orders that exceed these limits may incur additional shipping costs. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss any extra charges.

Please note that shipping rates are estimated. We are not directly connected to the NZ Post pricing system or API, so we cannot guarantee exact shipping rates for all locations. We do our best to provide pricing as close as possible to the final NZ Post charge.

If NZ Post’s final rate differs from the amount paid at checkout, we will contact you to arrange an additional payment (if higher) for the shipment fee before sending your order.
